We promise to show up when we said we will! But sometimes things can pop up like bad weather, emergencies, or delays with previously scheduled jobs. If that happens, we’ll let you know right away and come as soon as we can or reschedule you for the earliest time and date that works for both you and for us.

Yes, as of April 1st, 2025, all service orders include a 14% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on labour, in accordance with federal and Nova Scotia provincial regulations. We value transparency, so the HST will be clearly itemized on every invoice.

For new clients, payment is due the same day the work is completed. For returning clients, invoices are emailed at the end of the day, with payment due by Friday of that week. If you can’t pay by the due date, please contact us before the invoice is sent to make arrangements. A 10% late fee applies if payment is more than 7 days late without prior arrangement, or if a scheduled payment is missed.

We accept credit and debit card payments at your door. We also accept e-transfers, cheques & cash. Whichever way works best for you, works for us!
